What are the best herbs to take in dealing with this, in addition to
the dietary changes? Also, what is the best recommended length of
time to eliminate sugar, vinegar, processed foods, starches, etc to
achieve success in dealing with it? What's the best way to keep it at
bay once it's better? I live in Christchurch, New Zealand, home to
over 7000 earthquakes in the last 8 months, and life is stressful, to
say the least. Living with the constant sense of fear and agitation
that the seemingly continuous aftershocks brings is I thing what's put
me over the edge, stress-wise, and started up the candida to the point
where I'm certain it's systemic, as I had this once before about 18
years ago, only I don't remember what I did to deal with it.
