[AlternativeAnswers] Broken neck

 

I broke two vertabre in my neck 30 years ago.It has gotten unbearable.I was sent to thjerapy where a disc slipped fron the exercises. The only option I am offered are shots of steroids in my spine and very strong pain meds. What can I do?
