You may do well taking Pipsissewa, Fennel and Blue Vervain to help repair the stroke damage. Three of each per day would do. If you just want to cleanse the veins, Butcher's Broom and Capsicum will do this job. Two of each of these would work. All except Capsicum should be taken with meals, and Capsicum in between meals without food. Also know that you should not as a general rule take any other medications while taking herbs, so as to prevent any complications.
