I have been taking fish oil for many years ...due to high cholesterol....never any after effects....do you keep it in the frig and away from light? Of course in the frig it is in the dark...fish oil can get "rancid" when left in the warm cabinet and in the light. The same as our "olive oil" should always buy it in dark bottles...Also if you buy it on sale...could very well be too old. will pray for help for you.RLC
