This is avaialable in capsules... Lion's Mane is one of the edible mushrooms widely distributed in Japan and china. Japanese studies have shown that Lion's Mane is able to regenerate neurons by stimulating production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF).* NGF has been suggested as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease and preventing and aiding various types of dementia. Since Lion's Mane stimulates production of NGF and inhibits toxicity of beta amyloid peptide, it is receiving a lot of attention in the medical and scientific community. Would also consider CoQ10.
Blessings,
Annette
