This is the first I've heard that oil pulling can actually help with one's
normal weight. What would you consider as a "reasonable" amount of time for
that to [start] happening? I've used coconut oil and will start to oil pull
once again if this is indeed something that will definitely happen. My
thyroid/adrenals aren't up to par and thus I'm carrying some extra weight -
would love to have some extra assistance in battling this. The biggest
problem with oil pulling for me is that whenever I start doing it, all of a
sudden my kids desperately need my attention for something and of course I
can't talk to them - frustrating to say the least, as it's never really
*that* important (but of course to them it is).
