[AlternativeAnswers] ringing in ears

 

After an upper respiratory cold that may or not be related I developed a constant high pitched ringing in my left ear (tinnitus). I have had occasional tinnitus but this is constant. I am 59 with normal tension glaucoma and occasional migraines, other than that no health issues. Anyone have any experience with addressing these unwanted sounds?
