hi, carrots have to either stay in the ground over winter or replanted, then they will produce floweres and seeds. it is the same with cabbage, beets, and many vegies.

guts and tomatoe seed all grow great but most people sadly throw them away.
Plant the seeds. They have a right to grow. Is there anyone else on this
