The seller has to pack the herbs accordingly to weather conditions, using ice packs, etc.
You should ask how they send them before buying. I would call the company.

I just got some bulk cut / sifted pau d'arco bark from amazon, here
in central Texas. UPS brought it in their hot truck, and the bags
feel pretty hot . I always worry about herbs being overheated in
shipping. What do y'all think?
