Different types of fast for different purposes.Excellent for getting rid of toxins and resting thesystem.
Water fast...single food fast..brown rice, carrots,yoghurt.The advantage of the rice fast is that one avoids constipationand toxins are better eliminated. How many days? 1/2/3 days. Depends on your constitution?Breaking a fast is important especially if you do a water fast?Start off with vegetable soup.Then add more solid foods.David
