Hello
Forgot to mention (will teach me to reply to e mails after midnight)) to gargle the tea for a few seconds on the first couple of mouthfuls. So let it cool to a comfortable temperature before drinking.
The sage tea can also be used as a mouthwash anytime of the day when any ulcers are sore.
