No I have never tried accupuncture but have often wondered if it could ease my condition.
To be honest apart from a couple of essays wrote at uni comparing TCM to regular western medicine I only have limited knowledge of it.
Thank you very much for this information, I have found it very interesting and will be researching your advice and looking for a qualified practitioner in my area.

Have you tried acupuncture? There are some great points for this. San
Jiao 6 is the best. it's on the back side of the arm, three thumb
widths from the wrist crease, between the bones. You can massage it if
you want. Maybe put some essential oils on it, something that will move
blood or qi. You can also put that on Large Intestine 4, Stomach 25,
36, 37. Maybe Ren 12, 6. Liver 3.
Also, you could drink plenty of raw fruit juice.
A good acupuncturist who also does herbs can get you going, I have no
doubt. There are great herbs like da huang that will open you up and
get things moving.
