while everyone may have those issues not everyone is conscious of them.
For example Dr Feldenkrais of Feldenkrais Awareness fame reckoned that
by the time we reach 40 we are holding on to 40% unconscious tension all the time.
So a great deal of holding and a massive waste of energy.
How to reduce that and start to live is the question we might wonder about
and the implications
