Just a quick poll, asking everyone what form of Vitamin C they find the best results.
For me, the food sources of Vitamin C that I like are tomatoes, watermelon, and citrus. For supplements, I find chewable ascorbic acid to be helpful, but wonder about the liquid form, too.
