Mustard greens are leafy vegetables, that are leaves of mustard plant
and this cruciferous vegetable, belongs to Brassica family of plants to
which broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts belong. It is commonly
called as Mustard leaves and scientifically known as Brassica Juncea.
Mustard plants have the origin in the plains of Himalaya hills region
of India. The leaves of the mustard plant are used as leafy green
