I'm planing to travel to Asia ( China, or Japan )my idea was to go some good TCM hospital to get some treatments for my self and visit local pharmacies to find some herbal remedies (again to my self)but i don't know where to start, can anyone recommend for me some TCM hospitals ( good one)and maybe some local person who can help me with language? Time of trip is not decided yet.
