Yes, there's an option, to dissolve the stones. Even if you remove the gallbladder, your body may continue producing stones.
Depending of what you eat, you will need to change your diet drastically or not.
If you do nothing at all, it's possible that you never have any further problem, or that you begin having problems: pain, nausea, etc., etc.
A few years ago an ultrasound showed that I had lots of stones. I decided to treat this problem naturally and I'm ok.
Say if you are interested in learning what to do.

Subject: [AlternativeAnswers] GALL BLADDER
Is GALL BLADDER removal an option or a must?
A CT scan picked up a stone in mine a couple weeks ago after going in for some pretty fierce pain with a stomach upset.
A follow up with an ultra sound confirmed a pretty good size gall stone in there with some SLUDGE they described.
Doctor recommends GALL BLADDER removal.
Is there any options around this?
Will removal change the way I have to eat drastically?
If I leave it alone, is there any serious health risks?
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
