tongue. We have another small tongue at Throat...we need to touch this

English....if we do that for some time....slowly our Prana Spandana =
Movement of Air will be down.....and you feel awe some........and one
day it will spot completely....and dont worry it will not lead to
death......you are taking control of you life slowly........and this is
also called 'Kehchari Mudra'.
