[AlternativeAnswers] strep

 

I was ill last weekend, used goldenseal without positive results. Went to the doctor on Monday she put me on a Z pack. Z pack is causing tummy problems so I am taking probioctics. Feeling stupid I realized I had olive leaf extract. I am thinking about stopping the Z pack and continuing with the olive leaf. Any comments?
