I have IBS and recently during an episosde of constipation I suffered a
prolapsed hemorrhoid. I am able to push it back in but no idea for how long
it will stay in place for. I have been doing some research on treatment etc
and have found that Butcher's Broom is one of the recommended treatments.
Does anyone have any info on this? How effective is it? Is it possible to
avoid surgery?
I am already taking steps to improve the causes of the problem by getting as
much fibre in my diet as possible ( which may also include taking a
supplement) and increasing my water intake. Any other suggestions on how I
can best manage this problem?
cheers
Lyndall
