Another is Niacin and other things that will open the veins to increase blood flow. I have tried a few different things to no avail (but I also have fibromyalgia and arthritis since I was 8) and the only thing that has finally given me a bit of sleep is Neurontin. I take one in the am and pm if they are bothering me.
