Healthy Indian Diet;
Indian Diet includes wide variety of vegetables, fortified cereals,
whole grains, pulses, which is cooked along with spices, and the foods
are cooked in such a way that retains its essential nutrients. Healthy
Indian Diet makes better living, promotes weight loss, provides relief
from stress,
and prevents chronic health disorders like hypertension, heart disease,
diabetes and cancer. The healthy life is associated with healthy life
style and eating right foods, and taking balanced nutrition.
Here we discuss some of the healthy foods which are part and total of
Healthy Indian Diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables play significant role
in promoting good overall health and preventing life style diseases.
Inclusion of spices like black pepper, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, garlic, onions, cloves to the foods while cooking,
prevent many types of cancer disorders, which had been practiced and

benefits, since ancient times and the same is followed in contemporary
