Reversing Aging Factors
At this point in my life,I am chronologically 85 years old, and I have
outlived every one of my ancestors. I am actually much younger in "actual
living age" than I was 10 years ago. At that time, I was taking a dozen
prescription drugs, weighed 270 pounds, with high blood pressure, atrial
fib, and 4 "crippling allergies (Ragweed - hay fever; peanuts - Rheumatoid
Arthritis; Soy - Fibromyalgia and bursitis, and wheat - Overweight).
Those problems are all gone, and I'm down to 195 pounds at 5"11 with
athletic body, Blood Pressure of 120/70, no appreciable plaque in my
arteries, any toxic minerals mostly unmeasurable by hair mineral
analysis.
So, what happened to make this health "miracle" work?
First, about 1985, I read Linus Pauling's books on vitamin C, and talked to
the primate MD at the Bronx zoo. The "ape" of around 150 pounds RDA is
4000mg per day, and since we are both "primates", somebody 's RDA is wrong.
The ape is pretty valuable, so I think that's correct. Started on 4000 mg
(4 rams) of ascorbic acid (basic vitamin C) split into 2 doses of 2 grams
at breakfast and 2 grams at dinner, and also taking a large
multivitamin/mineral pill (VM-75 from Solgar available in Health Food
Stores). More supplements now, but not important to this discussion
In the early 90's, I wrote a book about my success in using Orthomolecular
therapies for schizophrenia. I believe that I am one of the only PhD
psychologists that has ever cured multiple cases of schizophrenia,
including many people who simply followed my instructions in the book "The

A woman MD in Tbilisi (Soviet) Georgia read the book, and asked me to a 4
day seminar in Tbilisi. Dr Von Hilsheimer agreed to do it with me. At
that seminar, I learned about EEG Biofeedback (Now Neurofeedback), and
quickly became an "expert" in it's usage.
I started the one and only (as far as can tell) Leasing Company for
ADD-Autism families, because the costs go up astronomically when an MD is
involved, and this valuable therapy becomes mostly only for the wealthy. I
looked for a way to lower these costs, and in 2004, I discovered that using
a particular set of audio tones within a subliminal message and used while
sleeping, this combination could also change the volume of brain wave
signals. I named this Neuroliminal Training (NT).
Used in NFB, for the ADD-Autism continuum, the "usual" procedure is to
raise the SMR brain wave and lower the Theta brain wave. But lowering the
Theta brain wave was found by NASA studies to not only increase
"concentration", but also lower "artistic ability". Not necessarily a good
thing for some artistic people. So, my second NT CD was designed to just
raise the SMR wave. This one is used for Weight Loss, depression,
Insomnia, Epilepsy, etc.
In 2010, I added several "new" concepts to the CD designed to lower stress
other than brain wave manipulation, and, as usual. used the CD myself.
Several very amazing things happened, including sexual rejuvenation from a
prostate cancer radiation therapy that left me completely impotent (It
did cure my cancer however), This is named "Special", and it seems to
help almost anybody with almost any problem.
The last (and more important than is generally recognized by most MD's) is
the "gut" or digestion system. This can be a huge source of stress if not
kept in good condition. I found that if I used Acidophilous when
"anything" about my body began to smell bad, I felt much better. I am
indebted to Dr Von Hilsheimer for the original information.
It seems that this overlooked gut system is a huge part of the immune
system. In particular, the bacteria in the gut actually manufactures
Vitamin K. This vitamin is the precursor of both blood hormones that do
the clogging and unclogging of blood. If the body is "short" in K, the
clogging one is most important, so the unclogging one is shorted, and blood
clots are more likely, and deadly.
Also very important is the vitamin B12. The "intrinsic factor" that
transports this vitamin from the gut to the internal blood is manufactured
in the gut, and without it, you lose it so to speak.
Last, but certainly are the smells of the body. If the gut is working
right, you do not need any underarm or vaginal deodorant. Your breath does
not smell and even if you don't brush more than once a day or less, no bad
breath. I have a false tooth plate, and I have sometimes gone for a day or
even two without any bad breath.
If you are just starting, take 5 capsules of 8 billion bacteria, and see
how it affects you over two days Because it is killing yeast cells, there
may be methane gas from this killing, and can mean cramps. Wait two days,
and if not too much gas, repeat using 10 capsules taken before or during a
meal. If this goes OK without cramping for 2 days, then do 20 capsules
every other day for a total of 5 times.
Now, any time you smell yourself at all, just do 20 capsules once, and that
should solve it for another month or so (for me at least).
(I can actually wear a shirt at least 2 days easily in the sun in
Florida.) But of even more importance, I KNOW that my gut is working and
producing Vitamin K and B-2.
The VA is treating me like a 65 year old with primary care visits once a
year. 5 years ago, I was on 3 month visits. I only wish that I could have
learned the above in my 20's instead of my 70's. I might have lived
forever.
