[AlternativeAnswers] Detox Water Recipes


Detox Water recipes
A refreshing pitcher of water filled with fresh fruit that will help detoxify your body.
  • ½ gallon purified water
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • ½ lime, sliced
  • ½ grapefruit, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, sliced (add more if you like)
  • A small handful of peppermint leaves
  • (you can add anything like cinnamon, vanilla, cayenne, turmeric etc.)
In a large picture add all of your ingredients and give it a mix. Add some ice cubes if you like. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before drinking. Discard the water after 24 hours if you don't drink it all
Cucumber, lemon, and mint detox water helps flush out of your body. The lemon and mint both aid in digestion, and the cucumber re-hydrates along with having anti-inflammatory properties. The cinnamon in this water improves circulation and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
