Been there. I was down to eating rice cakes many years ago. This is what helped me alot. Rotation diet, not eating the same thing twice every 4 days, tons of Vitamin C...5 to 10,000 per day. Oregano Oil, Olive Leaf extract helped. Eliminated dairy foods and wheat, made a big difference. Still can't eat wheat but now I can eat yogurt once in a while.
Another thing that helped just 6 weeks ago was getting treatment from this new website,

My skin improved drastically. Killed the bad bacteria off. It worked on about 3 of my friends very much and about 30 other people I know more slowly. I basically have a life back again. I guess it was my time.

teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8oz. of pure water and sipping slowly during
the day. If your stomach is sensitive to vinegar add 1/4 tsp baking soda to
