[AlternativeAnswers] too much of a good thing - goitrogenous foods

I have a sluggish thyroid. I take kelp tablets and tyrosine to help
offset it. We eat a lot of cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage,
etc), as well as eat millet cereal once a week. How much is too much,
to tip the scales back to my thyroid being affected?

[AlternativeAnswers] Candida & the gut

Hi, I have a few questions about candida. My daughter does this excitement thing in which she shakes really fast (similar to kids flapping their hands out of excitement). It's not a medical problem, it's a excitement thing she does. Well a friend of mine who had a autistic son said that's a yeast over growth in their guts & that's why they get excited like that. So my question is if I get one of those candida cleaners kits by Renew Life and kill this candida that could possibly be in her gut is there a chance that down the line this candida will come back? She is already on pro-biotics. We are really careful with her diet, no junk foods, no pop, no dyes, no candy etc. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks, Genevive
