*Yellow Dock, nettles, alfalfa, spinach, fenugreek, elecampagne, sage and
burdock are all iron rich herbs. If you just want to try one, go for the
yellow dock.

I use Vitex but don't know how it affects my iron, which tends to be low.
I use it to keep my period regular and for peri- menopause.

tissue salt remedy).

What is it, and what is a tissue salt remedy? It sounds interesting!

We successfully helped PTSD cases in LA, CA [Veterans for Peace] by simply feeding these ex soldiers with pure vegan, mostly raw, VERY healthy foods made to taste great.

One Vet I know finds "medical marijuana" much superior to the VA Hospital mandated conventional pharmaceuticals... Yet no government funding yet for this "therapy".

Other natural remedies that have helped those with mental distress: St. Johns Wort [tea] and/or natural lithium water. A week at Ojo Caliente Hot Springs, NM would help. They have natural lithium spring water from hand pump in middle of resort. A natural, homeopathic dose / glass or two of this lithium water every day would do much better than the pharmaceutical varieties with side effects. Soaking in hot mineral waters is theraputic in reducing levels of toxicity in bodies, a major cause of many / most mental disorders.

Have you looked into EFT ? From what ive read it seems to work wonders for
veterans with PTSD .... (ive used it personally and have had really good
results)
