How do we respond when we feel threatened, either physically or energetically? Why does the concept of seeking protection make us more vulnerable? What do the fight-or-flight response, confrontation, worry and avoidance all have in common? What is the most effective response to conflict or danger?

In this month's IONS meeting we will discuss the alternative to fear, resistance and vulnerability - and how to access it. Please join us!

What is IONS? The Institute of Noetic Sciences™founded in 1973 by Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research, education, and membership organization whose mission is supporting individual and collective transformation through consciousness research, educational outreach, and engaging a global learning community in the realization of our human potential.
