Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone had any experience or suggestions that could help my teen daughter fall asleep. I've tried melatonin but her body doesn't like it. I'm trying lavender EO in a diffuser in her room. I've also put a Himalayan salt lamp in her room. I've made changes to her "down time" so there's no play time before bed. Her diet is no sugar, no junk food etc. Because she has food sensitivities we are careful what she eats. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Jen
