This Saucy Pasta Dosa has twitter in a frenzy!

This Saucy Pasta

Dosa

 has twitter in a frenzy!

We’ve all loved our Indian dosa. Staple to some, comfort food for some, it’s loved across the world. But a fusion version of the good old dosa has taken the internet by storm!

Of late, we have seen a plethora of bizarre fusion foods. From ‘Chocolate samosa’ to 'Khichdi with ketchup’, there's just no going back now.

Well, netizens have too many options for ‘fusion foods’, especially on the internet.

Posted on Twitter by a user named ‘RDX’, the video shows the making of a ‘Red sauce pasta Dosa.’ Yes, there's really a dish that has combined the humble South Indian favorite with an Italian classic.

“Tamil friend jab iss type ka dosa dekhta bahut gaaliya deta hai,” the caption said (If a Tamil individual saw this, he would have only cuss words to say!)

The man begins with the dosa batter as with a traditional one. At that point he adds the red sauce together with the chime peppers. Afterward, the

macaroni pasta

is included into the blend. After that, there's fair flooding of cheese from a huge block fit for a gargantuan appetite!.

Once its brown on the tawa, it is ready and cut into four modest pieces and more cheese is grated on the plate!

Twitterati was quick to react to this rather bizarre culinary creation, at least by Indian standards.

“Geez.. Pasta.. Ketchup.. Mayo.. To be eaten with rice batter.. Gross. I am not even a Tamilian”, exclaimed one user!

“This is nowhere near a Dosa. Fusion Frankie at best”

Well, tell us in the comments what you try a saucy pasta dosa?

Vitamin C -Know about

Our bodies need a regular renewable source of vitamin C because, unlike most animals, we humans can’t make it ourselves. It is a water soluble nutrient so not able to be absorbed into our fatty tissues. Therefore on a daily basis we need to obtain adequate amounts through our food intake, and when necessary from dietary supplements.

Vitamin C Benefits

Vitamin C has many important functions in key areas of the body:

  • it is an antioxidant, controlling free radical damage to cells
  • it supports the immune system and maintains integrity of blood vessels and connective tissue
  • it is an essential nutrient for healthy adrenal gland function
  • it has anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory actions

Vitamin C performs so many direct and indirect actions in humans that a deficiency has extremely wide ranging implications.

Vitamin C Side Effects and Contraindications

Vitamin C is extremely safe. Our body adjusts its vitamin C absorption according to need. Any dietary excess is excreted via the kidneys and in large supplementary doses the unabsorbed excess is flushed out via the lower bowel in a moderate form of diarrhoea – a short term balancing mechanism.

The ascorbic acid form of vitamin C may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, whereas an ascorbate form is generally well tolerated.

In cases of pre-existing kidney disease or renal failure vitamin C intake needs to be managed carefully. Caution is advised in cases of hemochromatosis because vitamin C enhances iron absorption.
