Re: Anxiety

Try calming exercises like Yoga or Tai Chi. Another soothing energy is
put your back against a big old tree, place your hands on the tree. Close
your eyes and feel the calm energy. Some people get messages from the tree
energy.

Calming Herbs: Valerian, Lavendar, Lemon balm, Passion flower (do not use
with sedative drugs) and Camomile.
Calming Foods: Banana, Apples, Oranges, Peaches, Rice, Oatmeal, Warm Tea,
Yogurt, Cottage cheese, Chamomile tea, Papaya, Asparagus, Avocado,
Berries, Swiss chard, Kale, Lentils, Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Bell
peppers, cold water Fish, turkey, eggs, Coconut and Coconut water
Vitamins and Minerals: Vitamin B complex a anti-stressor. Also helpful
Vitamin A, C, E and Magnesium. Vitamin D, besides helping your body build
strong bones and muscles, vitamin D may also be important for mood, as it may
increase serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in resisting anxiety and
depression. L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea, has a calming effect and
reduces physiological responses to stress.
A Carnelian stone pendant will give you a sense of wellbeing. Other useful
crystal stones Amber, Adventurine, Smokey quartz, Aquamarine, Moonstone,
Sodalite, Rose quartz and Amethyst.

Hematite - One of the most Grounding Crystals, hematite helps things
happen. It deflects negativity, bringing courage and strength in times of need,
allowing mental processes to function and encourages clear thinking. This
allows you to make choices and move forward with confidence, reducing stress
in the process.

Ask your guardian angels for anything you need and say thank you. Also
meditation and grounding exercises help you to be balanced, calm and centered.

Re: periodontal disease

Besides the White Oak bark powder. I also recommend Vitamin C. with
complex. I use a natural Multi vitamin, and Mega C 3000 mg or more, and a
natural Vitamin E. For Vitamin C I use Source Natural Wellness C-1000, I take it
3 times a day with food. Vitamin C is good for bleeding gums.

Coenzyme Q10 - There is some evidence has linking gum disease to lower
levels of coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant made naturally in the body, found widely
in foods, and available in supplement form. Some researchers say that
coenzyme Q10 is needed to properly repair gum tissue. A study by Osaka
University in Japan found improvement in infection and inflammation after 3 weeks
of taking a topical coenzyme Q10 toothpaste. Look for a toothpaste
containing coenzyme Q10.

Diane..
You were blessed that it took you a short period of time to handle this
situation.. Mine has been so long and drawn out and I am basically
dealing
with one tooth and gum area. I just can't stop the bleeding, but will
not
give up. Have used what you did in addition to other remedies.

Gums & Teeth

Gums and Teeth

Cranberry juice fights tooth decay, cavities, plaque and gum disease.
Drink organic 100% cranberry juice without sugar or eat fresh whole
cranberries. It works by inhibiting the bacteria from clinging to your teeth and
causing tooth decay. Cranberry juice has a specific enzyme that acts like a
bacteria repellent on teeth. This enzyme inhibits bacteria from sticking. If it
can't stick, it can't begin its feeding frenzy that eats through the
layers of your tooth and eventually reaching your nerve causing the need for a
root canal.

Cranberry juice natural unsweetened cranberry juice can be used as
mouthwash and as a solution for brushing one's teeth. It will kill all bacteria
on contact and help to disintegrate plaques. Since it is somewhat acidic,
probably it should not be used more then a few times a week. It is pleasant
to use and can be swallowed. This juice can be used as a rinse and then
swallowed. Brushing the teeth with cranberry juice leaves the teeth and mouth
feeling very fresh and clean. After brushing one can rinse again and
expectorate or swallow the juice.

Benefits of Cranberry: Prevents painful urinary tract infection - Reduces
Dental Plaque - Kidney Stone Prevention - Preventing Yeast Infection

Bee Propolis has significant anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial benefits.
It's excellent for infected gums and mouth ulcers.

Grapefruit Seed Extract - GSE is one of nature's antiseptics. It can be
used both topically and internally as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. GSE
came on the scene back in the 1970s, when immunologist Dr. Jacob Harich was
looking for a natural non-toxic alternative to antibiotics that would help
the body resist bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi. He found what he was
looking for in the seeds and connecting tissue of the grapefruit. GSE
exhibits significant antimicrobial activity at low concentration. Always dilute
GSE before use. Place one to six drops in five ounces of water, then use a
Q-tip or a gauze-covered finger to gently clean your dog's teeth and gums.
