There is a homeopathic remedy that can help some people with frequent urination & urgency. It is "Causticum". Might be worth a try. I hope your mother finds some help.

I use crystals for healing but I usually make them into a bracelet or
necklace. Crystals can be worn or placed on the area closest to where
the healing needs to take place. Depending on the stone and how it
works you can hold it on the spot for 10 to 30 minutes. I like to wear
mine that way it is a gentle healing, again depending on the stone used.
