[AlternativeAnswers] Removing mercury

Yes, it will continue to take out mercury as long as you keep taking
ascorbic acid C. The only way to remove toxic mineralsw from the blood (and
storage) is to remove ALL minerals, including the needed nutritional ones.
Take out everything, and thenreplace the ones. Clunky, but it's all we
have.

If you have mercury leeching out from amalgam fillings, it is "trapped" in
the liver filter, and only gradually released back into the blood as the
brain senses any chemical that can combine with it, and take it out of the
body.

The two "natural" chemicals that can combine with minerals are ascorbic
acid, and glutathione. When the brain senses these in the blood, it orders
the liver to release any toxic minerals trying to get rid of them.

There are also various chemicals used in "chelation". The traditional one
is EDTA, used for many years by a few MD's, The newest forms are the
zeolites, a sort of volcanic sand that absorbs all minerals. IMO, the
cheapest and best is ascorbic acid. It not only slowly takes all minerals
out over time, but it promotes better health - no minor infections either
bacterial or viral during it's use.

I also agree that it's questionable whether we humans are more valuable than
the 150 pound ape in the zoo.

Seasonal Healing: Music Therapy Winter Playlist

Music has always played a major part in my life. Ever since those early days of piano lessons with Mrs. Uri or playing trumpet in classical and jazz bands. I always remember the holidays or special occasions when my mom, Andrena, would regale us with wonderful pieces of music such as Malaguena or her own special version of Silver Bells. I have had the pleasure of singing in small and large choral groups from All-state to my own singing quartet group, Free and Easy, as well as, being a charter member of the infamous gospel choir, The Voices of Unity. Music continues to give me life changing moments and memories and I am forever grateful for this art and therapy.

So, at the turn of this season, I thought it would be a wonderful gift to share the songs of winter that make up my consciousness. These melodies cross several eras, yet they ring true for me as the seasonal mind set and the amazing way winter can be expressed in song. I call this list:

Hello

I have also added N-Acetyl-Cysteine to this type of program in the range of 2-3 grams a day. It is a gluathione booster and very good for the liver. Some MMS may also help.

I still don't know if there would be any good way to get all the mercury out though, if a person has mercury amalgams in their mouth? (other than pulling)

I agree 100%. Sometimes it can be as simple as NOT eating something that is killing you. Here is a patient who wrote to us about how she cured her progressive kidney disease by adopting a gluten-free diet. We have heard dozens of similar stories.

[AlternativeAnswers] Colds and viruses

As a long time moderate emphysema sufferer, I have to be careful or it will
settle in my lungs (I quit smoking 40+ years ago). If that happens, then it
takes weeks before I get rid of coughs and breathing problems.

I have found my answer. At the very first sign of a cold, a scratchy
throat, mucus from nose, or a sneeze, Take 4000 mg of ascorbic acid vitamin
C. I repeat this every 15 minutes for a hour. Then, I cut down to 1 -2
every 15 minutes for a second hour. If I start to have diarrhea, I stop.
(That's called "bowel tolerance, and it's a sign that you are taking enough
that it's too much, and you can cut down drastically or stop.)

The problem that MD's and most do not realize is that once a virus starts
inside your body, it multiplies very fast. Would you believe that it
actually can double in size every 20 minutes.

That means if the dose you are using kills off half of the invading virus
cells, and you are dosing every hour, by the second 20 minutes in the first
hour, it has regained its original strength, and by the end of the first
hour, it's at least doubled in size and strength. Do the math.

Now, look at another part of the problem INDIVIDUALITY. You might need
twice as much as I do, or half as much. It depends on your body handles
both the input of vitamin C, and how fast your immune system can get working
on the virus. Maybe you only need 1000 mg every 15 minutes, or maybe you
need 8000.

All vaccines are dangerous to some people. Vitamin C is not only harmless,
(diarrhea is the only effect if you take way too much, (unpleasant but not
harmful), but it kills any bacteria or virus in the bloodstream until it's
used up in the process. I will never take a vaccine again, and as an
agnostic, I would perjure myself signing any religious statement to avoid
any of my grandchildren from getting any vaccine today.
