I would love to know the answer to this. I have the same anxiety about the
dentist. I have tried the meds they give as well as the "gas" to no avail. I am
putting off having a filling due to this. If anyone has some good
suggestions-reiki, hypnotism, accupuncture, I am ready to try anything, just
short of putting me to sleep.

have numerous health problems and surgeries and dental problems. but the worse
is panic and anxiety. when have to go have dental work or go to the dr. freak
out. have tried some natural things but now have been in a state of panic and
get can't through it. needing to go have 3 teeth taken out and facial pain has
brought this on. any suggestions? thank you

I recommend Zpoint as well. I had anxiety, panic, agoraphobia some time ago.
Both with the help of my prayers, with the help of God and Zpoint, it is mostly gone now.
