September 17  at 11:10 a.m. PDT through October 10 at 7:58 a.m.

The planet of communication and intellect will be going retrograde on September 17th at 11:10 a.m. PDT at 15 degrees Libra and goes direct at 0 degrees Libra on October 10th at 7:58 a.m. PDT. Adjust the time according to the time zone you live in.

As we continue to experience the myriad events of September, Mercury Retrograde is a very important opportunity to stop and take a moment to rebalance our energies.  It is a time to ponder if there are any final pieces to liberate from our subconscious.

We are on the threshold of three final events, all in September that will create great shifts of energy. Saturn, the planet of karmic lessons enters into the sign of Sagittarius hours later on the same day, September 17th, and will help us learn the lessons of the Sagittarius mysteries; truth, wisdom and higher learning. For the next three years we will all be expanding our personal boundaries. On September 23rd we experience the Autumnal Equinox as the Sun enters Libra, bringing us balance and harmony or for some, revealing where we are out of balance and experiencing disharmony. Pluto, the healer of our deepest wounds, goes into direct motion in Capricorn on September 24th, and finally the last Lunar Eclipse of the year, on September 27th, occurs at 4 degrees Aries during the Full Moon. We will all be feeling the waves of energy in our lives in some way.

When Mercury goes retrograde we find we are not able to think as clearly as we normally do. Since Mercury rules our thinking, during the retrograde our mind is not all that focused on the present, it wanders. During this cycle get grounded, pay attention, double check reservations, receipts and change. During the retrograde we tend to misplace our keys, lose a shoe, and break a zipper, and of course electronics mysteriously go haywire.

The nature of Mercury Retrograde is to give us time to stop and breathe and finish up projects that need completion. If possible take some time during this period to reflect, allow a higher energy to help you see a clearer vision about your life. Slow down and be present wherever you are and get the most out of these three weeks. 

Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse Harvest Moon

September 27 at 7:50 p.m. PDT and 10:50 p.m. EDT at 4 degrees Aries

This is a Cardinal Fire Lunar Eclipse, it's an opportunity to release old energy from the subconscious and allow it to rejuvenate with the help of the divine to return to you in a higher form. Fire is the element of spirit. Earth or form, captures it and gives it a physical attribute to express itself. This Eclipse is the perfect metaphor of releasing energy that is no longer supportive of who you are and who you strive to become.

Lunar Eclipses occur with the Full Moon. A Full Moon is a two week cycle where the light goes within; it suggests a time for us to look within and use the energy for self evaluation. What's being held in the subconscious from other life experiences or childhood that creates the shadow in us is more easily revealed. The energy of this Lunar Eclipse is Aries, a sign that loves change and moving forward.

Planets and Points that Eclipses occur on are energized and transformed during Eclipses and the energy can stay active for up to 6 months.

1. Creates Discipline: Discipline is a necessity in life. Discipline is essential for achieving any kind of success in your life! It is the secret to the most effective, efficient and well strategic plan you can give yourself!
