[AlternativeAnswers] anyone know about what causes nipples to turn dark and rough?

A client of mine has been having symptoms that her doctors don't seem to be able to diagnose. I am doing acupressure with her, and want to help her find some relief and some answers.

Her nipples have turned very dark - almost blackish - and have gotten kind of scaly and dry and rough. she also has had burning sensation in her breasts, srmpits, groin and lots of itching in those places as well as neck and torso. Her abdomen got swollen and she got edema in both legs and ankles. All of these symptoms are relatively new and were acute.

My first thought is something hormonal or lymphatic, but I'm not qualified to diagnose this and haven't heard of the nipple turning dark before. (She is in her 60's, so it's not related to pregnancy)

She has been diagnosed with EBV, Lyme,candida and has had metal toxicity. She also moved about 6 months ago into a house with wireless, a Smart Meter and power lines close by - so maybe EMF's?? The house is old and we also were wondering about mold - although there's no obvious mold.

Has anyone any knowledge about this, or experienced it?
Any suggestions?
She is scared about infection going system or some cancer.
Her doctor's are pretty much brushing her off because standard bloodwork looks normal, and they don't seem prepared to explore further to get a diagnosis.

[AlternativeAnswers] Grapefruit Seed

I decided against buying the expensive Emu oil for my dogs hot spots. I
decided on Gaia Comfrey salve and Nutribiotic Grapefruit Seed extract liquid
concentrate. iherb.com has many good reviews on both products. So I will
order it.

Benefits of Grapefruit Seed for people and pets:

First-aid skin rinse - Dilute one to three drops in a tablespoon of water
or fifteen drops in an ounce of water. Apply this mixture twice daily to
the affected area of skin. Make sure you avoid mucous membranes and eyes. Do
not use full strength, must be diluted.

Can mix 7 drops of GSE extract in shampoo for dandruff.

Grapefruit seed extract - mix equal amount of herbal tea or water and apply
it to areas where your pet has ringworm, abscesses or pustules. To treat
