Hi! Sometimes the pigmentation is related to hormonal imbalance, even use of contraceptives. For her general health and because of the pigmentation she better consult also an endocrinologist. Best of luck! Tanya

[AlternativeAnswers] 17 years girl with paiin full menses

my daughter is suffering from scanty and painfull menses for the past one year
menses lasts for three days with scanty flow and pain in the back travelling down ward better by rest worst by movement or doing any work
