Acupuncture. This is probably related to your headaches. Drink more
water. Also, collagen. Gelatin is good, but bone marrow is better.
Make some broths.

What part of the head do they occur in? There are three main types of
chronic headaches.
Generally, we will say this is heat rising to the head. Yangming
headaches are frontal, Shaoyang are sides of the head, then there are
also vertex headaches.
If the ears are red, you can do bloodletting to release heat. Fold the
ear over to find the highest point on the top edge of the ear. Prick
with a lancet and squeeze 3-4 drops out. The blood will probably go
from darker red to brighter, that means it's cooling. Do both sides.
You can also try peppermint essential oil or some other cooling oil.
Large Intestine 4, 11 San Jiao 5, Du 14, Gall Bladder 20, 34, Liver 2,3
(Liver 2 for excess patterns, 3 for deficiency) Ren 17.
If you feel a headache coming on, eat or drink something very cold.
