[AlternativeAnswers] Re: my dogs ears

I I heard vinegar. Put some on a cotton ball and gently rub this in the ear. Not to much. Hope this helps.

[AlternativeAnswers] Re: heart problem

Hi,

I am hoping you are doing well and are healthy. In case you are still looking for alternatives, I came across Dr. Fuhrman's website on heart disease. I have not read his book yet, but based on what I have read through reviews and everything, I have ordered his book. Here is the website: http://www.drfuhrman.com/disease/HeartDisease.aspx

He recommends a strict diet and exercise. Take care and best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Jackie

I guess I was suffering from heart problem because I easily get tired even walking, and I felt pressure and pain in my heart. At that time I happen to read from internet about an old ,man who suffered from heart disease, His Doctor advice is for him to undergo by pass operation. Instead of following his doctor he research on alternative way. To make the story short he found a formula. which I applied also to my self. He took 4 grams of Soduim Ascorbate,4 grams of Lysine and Proline One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Ther result he was able to remove plaque  which block the flow of blood in and out of his heart in a very short period of time. I did not believe him 100% in the beginning but after I took the same formula but lesser in quantity I felt substantial relief also in a very short period of time.

Re: [AlternativeAnswers] Re: Chasteberry Vitex???(female questions)

Well, its interesting you ask.... i definitely think its safe to take long
term... as ive been taking teh Metagenics Chasteberry supplement for about 3
years ... and it was decent. The tincture that im taking from teh naturopath
ive been taking for a few months (and will continue a couple of more) but
the Doctor made it clear to me that the goal is to balance the hormones and
then just take it when you feel the need to... hes taught me that once we
start relying on supplements for long term - its like a band-aid and its not
really fixing the problem / the underlying cause.

There is a yahoo group called: Herbal Remedies and the guy who runs it is
Doctor Ian Shillington..... hes freakin awesome :) :)

check it out !!!!!

good luck -
deb :)
