[AlternativeAnswers] Research on Movment and Music as elements in Healing Trauma

Thank you for taking the time to read this posting. My name is Heather Hall, and I am a doctoral candidate at California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University (www.alliant.edu). I am currently seeking participants for my study of people who have recently experienced a traumatic event. The research concerns use of leisure activities as a means of coping with traumatic events in ones' life. I am especially interested how people have used activities such as dance, movement, music, or other interests, to help them recover. Participants will have the opportunity to win an iPad. Your participation will be completely confidential. Your responses may help us to better understand the process of coping and recovery from trauma.

Baking Soda has aluminum, but Frontier's has no aluminum...

[AlternativeAnswers] Post Nasal Drip Remedies??

I was wondering if anyone has some info on remedies for Post Nasal Drip?

Mine is being caused by allergies, no cold, no congestion anywhere. Though I have no other allergy symptom. Only PND causing tremendous tickling in my throat and now my throat is raw from coughing.

I do use a neti pot 2x a day. My regular MD wants to put me on Flonase a steriod nasal spray, but I really don't want to do that unless there is no other help.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
