Rhonda,
i would love to hear your story --- what auto immune issues did you have ?
and what kinds of foods did you use to heal yourself ? I am currently trying
to recover from adrenal fatigue -- and i always enjoy hearing people who
successfully got better from chronic illness....

It can also mean:   'You are what you eat'

If we eat poorly, we are sickly, thus have diseases.
If we eat healthy, then food is being our medicine, building up our immune system......and we are healthier............preventative!
