[AlternativeAnswers] Re: need something to sleep

 

Thank you to everyone who responded. Adding the valierian root extract to the rest of my meds is what worked for me. Thank God, I can finally sleep again.

It will take some time to get his zinc levels back to where they should be. When he is no longer deficient in this mineral, his taste and smell will be completely restored.

Hopefully his meal times will be fully enjoyably again soon.
