I always use essential oils for everything, but I never even thought about heart health. I don't eat red meat (due to allergies), I walked every day, and was very active until I had a heart attack. It resulted in 6 stents, but I also have a blockage in my leg. Can I safely use Helichrysum essential oil for it?
