Anxiety

Hello everyone, I have a question for you. I have recently experienced some
trauma in my life and I am in my final semester in college. My work has
been slipping and I went to see a doctor yesterday and asked about any
herbal or alternative anxiety treatment, I was of course perscribed several
medications including an anti depressent and and anti anxiety med. I dont
want to fill them, not if i dont haver to, but i need some relief now more
than ever and I figured that this would be a good place to get some
information and creative ideas:) I have been meditating, less than usual
but as much as i am able to, also I began taking vitamine d this morning
and hopefully that will help but any information, encouragmnent or
suggestions would be greatly appriciated<3 love and light o you. Namaste

Re: Subject: Homeopathic Immunisation: interviews with Dr Isaac Golden

My son and daughter in-law have a pediatrician that breaks the vaccines
up into smaller doses and gives three spaced apart instead of one big
one. A lot of doctors won't do that. She believes that their immune
systems are not strong enough for a full dose.

Re: Anxiety

Try calming exercises like Yoga or Tai Chi. Another soothing energy is
put your back against a big old tree, place your hands on the tree. Close
your eyes and feel the calm energy. Some people get messages from the tree
energy.

Calming Herbs: Valerian, Lavendar, Lemon balm, Passion flower (do not use
with sedative drugs) and Camomile.
Calming Foods: Banana, Apples, Oranges, Peaches, Rice, Oatmeal, Warm Tea,
Yogurt, Cottage cheese, Chamomile tea, Papaya, Asparagus, Avocado,
Berries, Swiss chard, Kale, Lentils, Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Bell
peppers, cold water Fish, turkey, eggs, Coconut and Coconut water
Vitamins and Minerals: Vitamin B complex a anti-stressor. Also helpful
Vitamin A, C, E and Magnesium. Vitamin D, besides helping your body build
strong bones and muscles, vitamin D may also be important for mood, as it may
increase serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in resisting anxiety and
depression. L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea, has a calming effect and
reduces physiological responses to stress.
A Carnelian stone pendant will give you a sense of wellbeing. Other useful
crystal stones Amber, Adventurine, Smokey quartz, Aquamarine, Moonstone,
Sodalite, Rose quartz and Amethyst.

Hematite - One of the most Grounding Crystals, hematite helps things
happen. It deflects negativity, bringing courage and strength in times of need,
allowing mental processes to function and encourages clear thinking. This
allows you to make choices and move forward with confidence, reducing stress
in the process.

Ask your guardian angels for anything you need and say thank you. Also
meditation and grounding exercises help you to be balanced, calm and centered.
